General Terms and Conditions
(specific terms and conditions apply to Stationery that are shown below after the general terms & conditons)

Delivery
We indicate a delivery time for all products on the website in the individual descriptions of each favour. These dates are approximate only and may vary according to stock availability.  If we anticipate a delay in delivery we will notify you as soon as is practically possible.  If your order is required urgently (within 4 weeks) please enquire with us before placing your order.  We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about delivery please contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery date and are not held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.

Please note that multiple product orders may have varying delivery lead times. Our policy is to ship an order once all products are available. Part deliveries can be arranged at an extra delivery cost. Please contact us to make part delivery arrangements. If an item is no longer available we will contact you to arrange an alternative similar in price and quantity.  

International Orders
We are happy to ship worldwide. Please email us before placing an order to confirm the shipping charge for your order. Shipping charges calculated at the checkout apply to the Mainland only. Please note all surrounding Isles and  Ireland  are classed as overseas therefore shipping fees will apply based on the weight of your order. Please email us for a accurate shipping quote before placing an order. Additional shipping fees will be charged, once agreed with you in advance, by paypal invoice.

Delivery Costs
Our current delivery charge is £5.50. Requests for part shipments will be quoted at cost price on enquiry. This cost is for UK Mainland only. We can deliver worldwide, please email us for quotes outside of the UK mainland. Some parts of Ireland and Scotland carry extra shipment charges, we will inform you for confirmation of any extra shipping charges that will be incurred. 
 

 

 

Payment
Payment can be made by via paypal using all major debt and credit cards

 

 

By placing the order you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
The payment will be debited from your account on the day your order is placed.

Are online transactions secure?
We use paypal to process payments, none of your finanacial information will be seen or held by us. You do not need a Paypal account to make payments if you prefer.

PayPal is the trusted leader in online payments, enabling buyers to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 103 countries and regions. It's accepted by merchants everywhere, Choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account.

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is never shared with us.

Refund/exchanges
Refunds are only available for damaged products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or return. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Stationery Orders are subject to different conditions please see below.

Once we have authorised the return we will make a full refund to your payment card. In the unlikely event that your package arrives to you damaged, please alert it’s carrier of the damage prior to opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is important that you save all packaging in order to pursue your claim against it’s carrier.

Please note that customised orders, engraved products, customised labels and samples are not returnable. Please return authorised orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from your notification. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Please make sure that you inform us of the order number, product description, reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund; and correct mailing address.

If your request a refund then your debit/credit card will be refunded. Alternatively if you request a replacement product then White Belle will make every effort to to provide an exact replacement. If this is not possible we will discuss a suitable replacement with you.

Remember to keep the product safe and in the condition you purchased the product. Please use recorded delivery in order to minimise the risk of the refunded item not being returned safely and for your own proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms above.

Changes or cancellations

You may change or cancel your order within five business days of placing your order as long as the order has not been shipped. Because we process our orders immediately upon receipt, any cancellations received five business days after the initial order placement date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We will not accept any cancellations after 10 days from the date your order was placed. For all personalised items, once the order has been placed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. If you are unsure, please contact us to check on the progress of your order. Samples We try to offer samples on as many products as possible to help you ensure that you are picking the correct products for your wedding. To order a sample please input the number “1” into the quantity field and proceeding the shopping cart. We can only offer 1 sample per product. Shipping charges will still apply.

Samples are non-refundable. If the product you have chosen as a sample is not available as a sample we will inform you by email.

Alternatively come and see us at a wedding show where will have a many favours on display.

Terms and condition of use

Price of Products
The price of the Products shall be the price quoted on the Site (which we can change in the case of an error). Payment details must be provided by you on the date that we accept your order. The delivery of Goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified on the Site, which may be changed by us at our discretion.

Risk and Property
Once the Goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Goods shall pass to you. Irrespective of delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for the price of the Goods and all other Goods agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due. Until such time as the ownership of the Goods passes to you.

Modifications of these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. By continuing to use the Site following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the Site.

Accuracy of Content
White Belle has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Liability
White Belle makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. White Belle shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

STATIONERY ORDERS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
You can pay for your order online via paypal using most major credit and debit cards. Full payment in advance will be required. Once payment has been received proofs will be sent out to you within 10 working days (see conditions on proofs below)

ORDERING
You should allow at least 12 weeks for production of stationery from date of order this is taking into account a 2 week proof approval period. Should proofs take longer to approve please allow 10 weeks from proof approval. Should your wedding be within 12 weeks of order please contact us first nd we will make every effort to accommodate your order.

PROOFS
White Belle will endeavour to despatch proofs within 10 working days of receipt of cleared payment. The proof will consist of chosen wording and colour scheme for each item chosen e.g. day invitation, evening invitation, menu, order of service etc. White Belle will not be able to produce the proof until the exact wording has been provided. Any delay in choosing wording will result in a delay in the proof being produced. Once the proof has been received please check the wording very carefully. Any changes should be advised to White Belle as soon as possible on the Proof Approval Form provided with the proofs or by e-mail. Each item of stationery should be carefully checked and any changes advised to White Belle on the Proof Approval Form. The Proof Approval Form should be returned by mail to White Belle. White Belle will make any required changes and continue to provide proofs until approved by the client. Once the proof has been approved by the client no further changes can be made.

FINAL ORDER
White Belle will endeavour to despatch your order approximately 10 weeks from proof approval. Should there be any delay White Belle will liaise closely with you.

Final stationery items may be subject to slight variations in paper and colour as each item is indvidually hand crafted. Slight variations will also occur in items such as hand torn strips and so on. Any significant variations from proofs will be advised immediately.

White Belle will advise a despatch date and ask for a delivery address where you or a person you nominate will be available to sign for the package. Nominated persons must be advised in writing and White Belle accepts no responsibility for orders once a nominated person has signed for the package.

All orders are despatched in rigid boxes, size will vary according to the size of your order. Where an initial deposit has been paid completed orders will not be despatched until a cheque for the final amount is received and cleared.

SAMPLES
3 samples can be ordered at a cost of £2.50 including postage and packing. This is a reduced rate. White Belle will supply a standard invitation as a sample, but we can change colours as required. For samples please email us at mail@whitebelle.co.uk

REFUNDS
As each order is unique and individually produced refunds cannot be made unless there is a fault with the product.
